Possible Purchase of 525iT (archive)

I am looking at the possibility of purchasing a used (i believe 90 or 91) 525iT. The car has the M50 engine, an Automatic, and aprox 110K on it. I have no experience with this model and need some information as to Trouble Spots, Reliabilitty, and Performance. Thanks in advance for any help!
