Hi,

Remove three of the four bolts that secure the pulley to the water pump. That will give you enough room now to insert a regular open-ended wrench to hold the hex head of the clutch.

With the wrench straight up, give the end a whack with the heel of your hand and the nut will spin off. Remember it's a left-handed thread.

Release the two securing plastic pins that attach the shroud to the radiator and lift it out followed by the fan. Not sure if the fan can be removed with the shroud in place but you can try it.

Installation is the reverse of disassembly, as they say. Can't comment on cost but check around.
