I just replaced my tie rod assemblies and I got a good deal from a local dealer who gave me a BMW CCA discout. Total for both sides (assembly and hardware) was like $90. I think that the thrust bushings should run about $55 each. I put the tierods in myself and it was pretty easy. Make sure you go to a good alignment shop after.
