Side marker lights? Shocks? Front-end shimmy? (archive)

How do I replace the lights inside the side markers on the four corners of the car? There's a slight notch on the lens cover that I can pry open but not detach.

Also, noticed the rear end is sitting lower than the front. Possibly worn shocks or springs (how long do springs last anyway? I've got 200K on mine)? Any recommendations? Replaced the fronts shocks with OEM Boge last summer along with upper control arms and 750 bushings. However, at 50-55mph, the shimmy is back slightly.
