The temp gauges and blower control are illuminated with a single bulb. It is pretty clear from the bently manual about how to remove the whole panel. It takes a while to do the first time around. First I pulled out the radio. Next I pushed out the console (three dials and three slide things) and unhooked all the cables attached. Took the whole module into my house and cleaned it out. Located the bulb. Replaced it. I think I also found it in the archives so search around.
