I just went through a similar repair after I was hit in the right rear wheel by a driver running a stop sign. Strangely, I had no body damage as the wheel took the whole impact.
Not considering the price of the wheel, I was given an estimate of ~$2100 by the dealer to replace the rear subframe, trailing arm, wheel bearing, drive flange, and half shaft.
My repair ended up costing ~$1200 as it was found that the subframe was not bent or cracked so was not replaced.

Hope this helps.
