Thanks for the info - I should have searched more carefully. Sure enough, there was a posting in the archives that not only gave a list of steps to take, it included pictures of the parts. Things are back in working order...

Seems to me that there should not be that much room for movement in such a simple piece of equipment - guess that is why I am not designing cars or their parts.

: : My driver's seat headrest will not raise/lower. The motor is working, but the headrest itself is not moving. Is there a simple procedure to follow to get the headrest "back on track" or is this something the dealer should do?
