What did you use to cut the E36 cupholder? What is the p/n for the bear? :)

-Drew Zacharda

: I bought the factory E34 cupholder and I hate it. I've seen the one that is advertised on this website and I not thrilled with the look of that one. What to do? I loved the cup/coin holder that was in my E36/5 328ti.

: When I installed an armrest in my 328ti, it was not designed to have a cupholder. I had to discard the one that came in the car and there wasn't a replacement. I modified the cup holder to fit the new center console that comes in the armrest kit. The modified cupholder was about the same size as the open bin in my new E34/2.

: Could that work? Hmmmm.

: First, there are two E36 cupholders. PN# 82-11-1-468-391 is for all E36's except 318ti. The 318ti PN# is 82-11-1-469-074. It is shorter then the regular E36 cupholder. You need the 318ti cupholder.

: See the link below and that should explains everything.
