Simon, there are a few screws in obscure locations. Best as I can remember, there are some under hood, along top of grill (maybe one in center that has to come out. Then, some by headlights themselves (not the adjustment screws). The trickiest part is that there are several clips that need to be released in order to allow the grill fascia to slide forward. Bentley recommends using a 10" standard screwdriver to insert vertically downward in a small gap behind the low beam headlight, with which you will push down on a tab, releasing a clip. Be gentle, it's all plastic down there. There's also one or two in center, behind kidneys. When I get home tonight, I'll look up procedure in Bentley, and post. This should get you going though. Please don't pay any attention to those that don't want to help. I have saved probably $2000 in maintenance costs in the last two years due in large part to this board. Don't let one or two folks drive you away! Good luck.
