Bob,
I am wondering the same thing. I don't think I can get to it from underneath the car because of a heat shield. In addition the exhaust manifold seems to make getting a wrench or socket with swivel joint on the bolt very difficult (if not impossible). I'm beginning to wonder how necessary it is to remove this plug when changing the radiator fluid.
