Jim, there are so many awesome roads to drive around here! Literally 10 minutes from downtown puts you on great scenic, twisty, low-traffic black-top. Similar to Sonoma county, it's the best place to drive that I've experienced - perfect stomping grounds for a performance car (like, say, a BMW 540i).
