: Noisy tappets may just be normal. However, you can adjust the valves to be sure they are ok. Look on my website for the how to. The vibration from the rear could be the flex disc on the drive shaft (heard from under the center hump/rear seat) or mabye the rear sub frame bushings (clunk on left or right side under rear reat). Put your hand on that rear center hump as you "cause" the vibration and if you feel the vibration here, it's the flex disc or the driveshaft itself.
