520i Starting problem (archive)

BMW 520i 1995
I'm still facing problem to Start the engine.
The problem occured after long traffic jam and
the engine is very hot, When I'd like to start the engine again, turn they KEY, there is empty click
only.
I've replaced new parts for the MAIN SWITCH,
STARTER MOTOR (build in with the SOLENOID SWITCH)
and BATTERY.

What should I do ... ?

Can anyone share the experience.
