I'm not familiar with the 520 but let me offer a couple of general suggestions.

If the starting is a function of temperature, check the main battery cables for corrosion. As you have replaced the battery, I assume the terminals are in perfect shape but have you scrubbed the connectors on the cables? Clicking of the solenoid indicates insufficient current, fairly typical of contact problems.

Similarly, follow the cables to all major connections. Also, check the ground point of the starter solenoid for corrosion.

I'm assuming you live in Singapore? The high humidity and salinity can be a real problem for electrical contacts.
