: : The carfax report says that the car was not built to US emissions specifications? Is this normal? My report shows me as the second owner, I know the previous owner was a local resident of a nearby township. The car had 16,000 miles on it when she bought it. My salesperson said a Doctor owned it before my previous owner, however, it does't show up on the carfax report. Another mystery in the BMW saga...
