Pop the door panel off and take a look. Should be easy to determine the problem. Will be fixable. Might want to wear some leather gloves when your hands are in there, its a good place to get pinched or cut fingers. Dont have your hands in while using the power windows. Also go real slow after repair and make sure the glass isnt in a bind, it doesnt take much to shatter it.
