If you keep up with your own maintenence, I would forget the Inspection II charge. Also, I replaced both my oxygen sensors - the $150 per sensor is about right for a dealer price (I got mine for $109 each from germanparts.com). However, it only takes about 10 minutes to replace both of them. The labor charge should be no more than 1/2 hour to replace both.
