Needs be replaced every 60K. SO, if you have driven only 80K that is a waste of money. Plus part costs only $60 each.

Good idea on the high mileage. 80K plus. No labor charge. Parts cost only $60 to $70. I do not remember exactly.

YOu can do that one. No labor charge. THey have to remove it anyway.
: L catalytic convertor $1451 with2 hr labor...
If it is bad. I do not think you should pay for it. Catalytic convertors usually good for the life of your car. I think, i may be wrong of course.
About the loaner. I hope there is more thatn one dealership where you live. I tested my car at one dealer and he did not provide with a loaner. So, I called another dealer and they were much nicer and less pushy. So, they got a deal. I took my car to them and got loaner and someother perks.
It is free country. You can decide what you want.
