You need a new clutch (disc, pressure plate, t/o bearing). This seems to be a common precursor to failure caused either by a t/o bearing on its last legs or a glazed disc/flywheel/plate.

Really, you need a new clutch. Having been through almost exactly the same thing on my 535 I can say this with confidence. Better to do this right away, before you do some damage to your flywheel, which is horribly expensive.


PS You'll love the way the car feels after clutch, guibo and tranny mounts are replaced.
