i'm looking to upgrade the stereo in my '90 525i, to a completely new system. I'm going to have subs in the trunk (most likely 2 12" Kickers), but i'm not looking for the kind of bass that the whole neighborhood can enjoy (or loathe, depends on your position). My question is, to those who have put in subs, have you had any problems w/ the quality of the bass, the E34 is built like a tank and all that steel and other metals seperating the trunk look like they would block a lot of the bass, anyone had this problem?? thanks in advance
