I'm strongly considering buying a 95 530i; and have read throught this BB but would like some further info...

1) Since I live in Scottsdale, AZ, the summer temps reach over 115*. Will the std AC unit keep up or does it need to be replaced?

2) Beside the issue with the short block sometimes needing to be replaced due to the M60 sulfur issue, what other potential "gothas" do I need to look out for?

3) What options would you think are the most useful if the car is to be used as a daily commuter (in Arizona)?

4) I looking for a very clean example with under 70K miles that has a light colored exterior and interior (due to AZ weather). What would be a fair price for such a car?

5) Pls respond to via email, if you have one for sale.
