I had my 530 at Salton Sea once, 111 deg, as it happened the electric aux fan was disabled. The AC was able to keep up and the eng temp never went past center. I thing it will be fine at 115 but it will take 15 minutes or so to cool the car down after sitting in the sun. The leather seems to really hold the heat.

: I'm strongly considering buying a 95 530i; and have read throught this BB but would like some further info...

: 1) Since I live in Scottsdale, AZ, the summer temps reach over 115*. Will the std AC unit keep up or does it need to be replaced?
