I have explored the interior of my 1990 535i this weekend and never located the expansion valve or the condensor for the A/C system. Can someone provide my with some specifics of how to approac the removal and replacement of the expansion valve? Should I remove the passenger side compartment or drivers side? Does the entire center console have to come out? Many thanks!
