STRANGE ! Right foglight problems ! (archive)

Anyone had this problem ? Left foglight works, right doesn't. Console display does not indicate that any foglight is blown. Foglight indicator lights in the"ON" position. Everything is OK so far. Bulb is not defective. Now here is the strange part. There is no juice at the plug for the foglight, so naturally I checked the fuse. Nope, fuse is OK. What could it be ? Any ideas ? Thanks board.
