Nissens Radiator, was this stock? (archive)

I'm still trying to figure out if on the '89 535i with 81K, if it has had the water pump and radiator swapped out. I noticed a tag on the radiator today that says Nissens, made in Denmark. Is this a stock radiator that was shipped new from BMW on 535i's or this is an after market radiator? Also noticed today that the Aux water pump fuse was replaced with an American looking 15A fuse. And all the radiator hoses sure look new. Any ideas?
