I'm getting to my breaking point on my bimmer love affair. I can only do minor work on the cars myself and after spending $8k in 3 years on my e28, I've already spent $2k on my e34 in 2 months.

I'm considering buying new (nissan,honda or whatever) With a new baby, having a car under warranty is starting to make a lot of sense.

I understand how you feel!It is all about$$$!I'm thinking about the Acura CLS myself.Cough up 30 grand and get it over with for 4 to 5 years.No more bushing worn out,rocking seat,fuck up head rest...blah blah....etc.Most Japanese car just don't have that kind of crab for the first 100k miles.The only advantage on bmws are the way they drive,other than that...you know.
The best of both world, get a honda for daily driver,save the bimmer for the weekend,save a lot of money that way.Don't know what town you live in.here in CA is expensive to own an automobile.Gas,Regiestation,insurance.....double up compare to other town.You MIGHT SHOULD ON`TO live where KENNY live.hehe.Kenny, you there?You can get a $200-$300 complete brake job.Good luck.
