I have a '95 525iA with 60,000 miles (time for inspection!). It appears that the leather was never really taken care of. After researching bimmer.org, I decide on Lexol and bought cleaner, conditioner, and neatsfoot oil. I made the mistake of reading some more after I had decide on Lexol, and purchased Leatherique (received it on Thursday). I tried it for the first time today, under "sub-optimal" conditions. You should rub in 4 ounces per seat, then park your car in the sun and let your car interior heat up. First "problem" - I couldn't seem to use 4 ounces per seat. I think I used up 8 ounces for the whole interior. My second problem is that today turned rainy, so the interior didn't really cook the way I had planned. I cleaned off the front 2 seats, and am leaving the rejuvinator on the back seat for the rest of the week... The tops of the back seat are the worst anyway - very stiff.
Anyway, it did help the front seats, but they aren't exactly "like new". Actually, I have no idea what "like new" would be in these cars since I never owned one new. :) I'll report back at the end of the week and let everyone know how the back seat turns out.

PS, invest in a spray bottle. Makes the application a bit easier IMHO.
