I put those plugs in a 95' 525i and they seemed
to work fine.

I recently bought a set of six Bosch Platinum Super + 4 spark plugs for my 1989 535i. I also have a new set of Magnacor 8mm racing wires. After driving the car only two or three times, the Bosch plugs quit igniting the fuel air mixture in the combustion chamber. My German mechanic said that in BMW's that require lots of fuel in the air mixture to start the car, that some Bosch plugs once they get wet with the fuel they will never ignite again. Has any one else had this problem with Bosch plugs?
