I've got one. Where do you live that is so strict on emmisions?

I live in Northern VA. They use the dyno test here. I emailed Jim Conforti, who made the chip, and he said that I should pass as long as I keep the engine hot (cat converter hot). I have heard that other people have had trouble, (maybe engine not hot enough? or something else wrong with car.) so I would like to be able to go back to stock if I had to. If you can part with it, let me know.
