Phil,
My E34 had the Premium Package plus every extra on it except for the BMW telephone so not much I can add. Anyway, besides the JC Chip, I have added a complete a Hartge/VDO gauge cluster ($400 w/Oil pressure, Oil Temp and Voltmeter gauges, sender and special adaptor) set of Euro lights ($300), Custom sheepskin covers for front seats, arm rests and head rests ($450), BMW Chrome exhaust tips ($40), BMW chrome license plates ($40) and am awaiting a set of BMW rear headrests ($265. Only the M5 and Olympic Edition had them in the U.S.).

I use Mobil1 in the engine and put the latest BMW synthetics in the gearbox and the rear axle it is good advice to add synthetics all round.
