Clutch Judder on 525 Touring (archive)

Hi folks,

I've just bought my wife an E34 525i SE Touring (we're expecting first child in October and I just couldn't give up my M3).

Very hot day today in the UK and I noticed the clutch juddering in 1st at high'ish rpm (2000rpm ... starting up a hill). It's all fine if I start at normal rpm.

Is this normal and nothing to worry about or is the clutch on the way out?
