Head cover gasket leak- immediate concern? (archive)

Was doing oil/filters/plugs yesterday on my '95 525iT and noted a small bit of oil around the skirt of plug #3 as it came up out of the head. The head cover screw immediately forward looks like it is leaking a bit. I re-torqued it and put everything back together, but is this a problem? Anyone know if the grommet-looking thing under the bolt head is the issue, or do I need to re-do the enitre cover gasket? Cheap/expensive? TIA, Rob.
