The quick way - Get a turkey baster (about $2.00 at any hardware store or supermarket) and use it to suck out the fluid in your ps reservoir. Then fill it up with the appropriate fluid (ATF or Pentosin CHF 11 or whatever is denoted on the reservoir. I would then work the steering and drive it for a while then do the same thing. Suck it out and replace. Do this a few time and you will dilute whatever is in there down to nothing.
