What grade oil do you recccomend and do you use factroy filters or is there a generic one you could reccomend? Average tepm here is 70-80F

Today my dashboard said low oil level!
I poured some remnants from 5 liter bottle of Lubro Moly... and noticed 0.2 mpg increase.... I guess if i change the oil and filter i get even more...
But how come there was a decrease in oil level??
As far as i know there is no visible leaks of it...
