How Much for '94 525it (archive)

I have a base model 1994 525iT and am considering selling it only because I want 'more power'. I want to get a newer 540i touring.
How much can I expect to get for my 1994 wagon.?Cashmere w/tan Leatherette, Auto, Traction Control, (Aftermarket) Sunroof, 67K miles. Excellent condition.
How desirable are these cars and how much can I expect to get for it...? It runs great, no problems.. has been dealer serviced all the way. I am the second owner. I bought the car CPO fro BMW w/ 50K miles and it just came off of warantee in June of this year.
Is this a car worth waiting to sell privately or should I trade it in with no hassles and take a bath..?
