I just purchased a 94 530 3 months ago and loveit! I have bee told that the car is very peticular to having the wheels balanced ,and have a propencity to warp rotors...Good luck!

Hi group,

I am hot on the path to purchase a 5 series for my wife. We saw a beautiful `94 530i with 125,000 miles on it. This car is at a local dealer, and I plan to have my mechanic check it out. I am unfamiliar with the 8 cylinder cars. This car seems to idle smoothly but it's kind of rough riding (compared to my 89 535).
I am thinking the tires could be the culprit.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
