535i- need buying advice (archive)

I'm in the market for a 535i E34 and found that one today I already checked it out):
-1988 535i (euro version)
-5 speed manual!
-Alarm
-electr. seats
-A/C
-heated seats
-leather
-4 almost new 225/60/15 tires on stock bmw cross spoke wheels
-4 60% winter tires on steel wheels
- 211000 km (= 130000 miles)
- rear wing
- 2 owners
-regularly maintained at BMW dealer
- new shocks, muffler, brakes
- no rust, no major scratches, driver seat leather a bit worn

PRICE: 3800 US$

Sounds like a very good deal, doesn't it?
Any things I should check before I buy it?
