Getting New Block!.. rantings... (archive)

It's been a week w/o my '95 540iA. She's gettin' a new block + lots of new parts (the service advisor was impressed w/ my list)... last word was they got a late start last week. Baron BMW didn't give me a new bimmer to tool around in... but they did rent me a new Mitsubishi Montero Sport!!... Brand new!!... sorta fun to drive something THAT different.. I mean WAY different!!... Then I drove my '88 Celica (which had been in hibernation @8 months).. Oh man... No wonder we all drive BMW's... One has to drive another car for a while to really appreciate what we have. So I wait... don't get me wrong.. I'm thrilled to get a new block.. though waiting is frustrating... stay tuned....
