I admit I've never been inside a E320, but from the reviews I read, they all comment about the Merc's build quality & ergonomics. BMW & MB might be dead even in those traits; but remember, you're comparing the last generation 5 to a current generation E - not fair by any means, but that's what the guy is looking at.
