Just drive it a little it should recalibrate and be fine. Happens every time I disconnect my battery too. After driving about 1/2 hour it all works again fine. If it does not get better, Check that the connections are good and the ground points are not corroded. The obvious, make sure that no other connection was accidentally pulled loose during the replacement.
