Bosch does not make a Platinum 4 for the 525i models. I know 'cos I checked!!! The 525i only takes an NGK and Bosch "standard" plugs as referred to in the manual. The numbers are;

NGK BKR6EK
Bosch F7LDCR

Please note these are for 525i models with M50 engines, which you would have.
