Are you refering to the clock panel on the OBC?? If so there are one or two bulbs inside (depending on model). To access the OBC, remove the glove compartment and remove two side screws of the OBC. The OBC should slide out. You can now get to the bulbs. Don't forget to remove the ground wire from the battery.
