I had the EXACT same problem and it turned out to be a cracked plug, as the previous post suggests. You have to pull each plug and look VERY closely at the insulator (white part).
Try putting the old plugs in one by one and you should get to the bad one, or just go for plug #6, the last one in line. (Murphy's law :).
