upgrade sway bars or bilsteins sports? (archive)

I currently am running Apex (progressive) sport springs with stock Boges. It handles beautifully but I want more...(as usual).

What would be more cost effective and reduce more body roll, bigger sway bars (Eibach) or bilstein sports on all 4s? Of course comfort is an important factor here.
