Howdy,

The windshield on my car is ugly. I would describe it as being 'hazed'. Lots of little tiny nicks in it. If the sun hits it it's like having a sheet thrown over the car, I can't see out. I'm wondering if I can do something to help clear this up, or do I need to buy a new windshield?

Thanks,
Joe Ording

My windshield is exactly the same way. Looks like someone handloaded sand into shotgun shells and had their way with it. The leading edge of my hood has suffered the same fate. There must be something about the aerodynamics of these cars that make small particles strike it with great velocity in these areas.
