I have Apex lowered springs and standard Boges. So far the only regret that i have is that i should have removed/cut the shock boot from the front suspension. if it rains and the boots get wet, it will make a nasty creaking noise when the shock moves up and down. will probably cut them down to size this weekend.

other than that, the ride is fine. no bottoming out or too harsh of a ride yet.

Well I thought I had figured out which springs and struts to buy based on what I had read in this forum. Eibach springs and Boge shocks. That was until I phoned Bavauto to order them and they said that if I used normal hight shocks with lowed springs I would run into problems. They said that I should really get their springs and Bilstiens sport shocks if I wanted to lower my car and not have to harsh a ride. Is anybody else using this combo ? Is it too harsh ?
