Check all of your heater hoses where they clamp to their fittings. Occasionally the clamp will be too tight and this will eventually lead to a "tear" in the hose right at the clamp. You won't see any leaking unless the system is pressurized. Just start the car and let it run until it's warm. Put on a good pair of gloves and grab every hose right at the fitting and give it a wiggle. If coolant squirts out you have your culprit.
