If you have a jack, jack stands and a speedi-bleed kit you shouldn't need to take the wheels off to bleed the brakes. I bled my brakes the other day without taking the wheels off. You will just need to turn the front wheels so that you can see the back of each caliper and the rear brakes are pretty accessible with the car jacked up.
