The manual/auto switch is on the console, next to your shift selector. It either has gone bad, or you have accidentally set it to M. See if you can slide the switch towards A (I think that's the other choice - whatever is not M is what you want) and that might set it back to A (auto). If that doesn't work, you may need a trip to a repair shop. Mine failed but it was fixed under warranty, so don't know what it costs.

If you want to adjust camber/caster, you can get a set of Kmack adjustable camber plates from Bavarian Auto ( for the phone number or to order a catalog) for about $260. Have your tires been wearing unevenly? Get the exact values for your current alignment and check w/a dealer to see how far out of spec they are.

Just got a front-end alignment, the mechanic says there is no adj. for caster and camber, but it is off.
Is there a way to adjust these settings?
Also my auto trans is stuck in Manual ( M ) mode the switch dos'nt respond, any ideas?
