. . .cost for sure. In the long run, nothing beats polyureathne. It flexes when bumped or scraped. It doesn't chip nearly as easily, again because of the material. Yes, ACS is very pricy, even for polyureathane. In this this case, you BETTER get what you pay for. I was able to locate someone who would sell me the ACS front spoiler painted and mounted for $700, new. For ACS, that's cheap. I was also planning to mount the OEM polyureathane M-Technics side skirts (aka '95 E34 side skirts) to my black '93 535iM for a more subtle look than the full ACS kit. I decided to keep the body stock. I did consider the Erebuni M-Technic knock-off side skirts with the REAL ACS front spoiler. The paint/fiberglass WILL chip behind the wheels.

In short, Erebuni kit does look like the ACS kit.
